AR: باستخدامك لمنصة Ajeeeb، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تمثل جهة قانونية، فإنك تؤكد صلاحيتك للموافقة بالنيابة عنها.
EN: By using Ajeeeb, you agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

AR:Ajeeeb هي منصة إبداع بالذكاء الاصطناعي تتيح لك توليد الصور والفيديو والصوت وبناء سير العمل الآلية. تقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" وقد تتغير معالمها.
EN:Ajeeeb is an AI creative platform enabling image, video, audio generation, and workflow automation. The service is provided "as is" and features may change.

AR: يُحظر استخدام المنصة لـ:
EN: You may not use the platform to:

• AR: توليد محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
  EN: Generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
• AR: انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للغير.
  EN: Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• AR: محاولة اختراق أنظمتنا أو الوصول غير المصرح به إليها.
  EN: Attempt to breach or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• AR: إعادة بيع الوصول دون ترخيص كتابي مسبق.
  EN: Resell access without prior written authorization.

AR: تمتلك المحتوى الذي تولّده عبر المنصة، بشرط أن يكون استخدامه قانونياً ولا ينتهك حقوق الغير. تحتفظ Ajeeeb بحق استخدام نماذجها وبياناتها التشغيلية.
EN: You own content you generate through the platform, provided the use is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Ajeeeb retains rights to its models and operational data.

AR: تتم المدفوعات عبر OmPay. يمكنك استرداد المبالغ خلال 7 أيام من الشراء إذا لم تستخدم الرصيد المشترى. بعد الاستخدام، لا تُسترد المدفوعات.
EN: Payments are processed via OmPay. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the purchased credits. Post-use, payments are non-refundable.

AR: تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تلغها قبل تاريخ التجديد. ستتلقى إشعار تجديد قبل 3 أيام.
EN: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal notice 3 days in advance.

AR: يحق لنا إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط أو النشاط الاحتيالي، مع إشعار مسبق كلما أمكن ذلك.
EN: We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity, with prior notice where practicable.

AR: في أقصى الحدود المسموح بها قانوناً، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية قيمة ما دفعته خلال الـ 12 شهراً السابقة.
EN: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

AR: تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم السعودية بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
EN: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

AR: نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط مع إشعار مسبق بـ 30 يوماً عبر البريد الإلكتروني. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
EN:We may amend these Terms with 30 days' prior email notice. Continued use after the amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
