اتفاقية معالجة البياناتData Processing Agreement (DPA)

١. النطاق1. Scope

تُطبَّق هذه الاتفاقية على العملاء من الشركات (B2B) الذين يعالجون بيانات عملائهم عبر منصة Ajeeeb. تُكمّل هذه الاتفاقية الشروط الرئيسية ولا تحلّ محلّها.

This Agreement applies to business customers (B2B) who process their end-users' data through the Ajeeeb platform. It supplements the main Terms of Service and does not replace them.

٢. التعريفات2. Definitions

  • "المتحكم في البيانات" — العميل من الشركات الذي يحدد أغراض المعالجة.

    "Data Controller" — the business customer who determines the purposes of processing.

  • "المعالج" — Ajeeeb / GZ7، الذي يعالج البيانات بتعليمات من المتحكم.

    "Data Processor" — Ajeeeb / GZ7, who processes data on behalf of the Controller.

  • "المعالج الفرعي" — مزودو الخدمات الخارجيون (Supabase، Vercel، إلخ).

    "Sub-Processor" — third-party service providers (Supabase, Vercel, etc.).

٣. التزامات المعالج3. Processor Obligations

  • لا نعالج البيانات إلا وفق تعليمات موثّقة من المتحكم.

    Process data only in accordance with documented Controller instructions.

  • نضمن سرية جميع موظفينا الذين يتعاملون مع البيانات.

    Ensure confidentiality of all personnel handling data.

  • نُطبّق ضوابط أمنية مناسبة وفق معايير الصناعة.

    Implement appropriate security measures in line with industry standards.

  • نُبلّغ المتحكم خلال 48 ساعة عند علمنا بأي اختراق يؤثر على بياناته.

    Notify the Controller within 48 hours upon becoming aware of any breach affecting their data.

  • نُساعد المتحكم في ممارسة حقوق أصحاب البيانات.

    Assist the Controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests.

٤. المعالجون الفرعيون4. Sub-Processors

قائمة المعالجين الفرعيين الحاليين متاحة في سياسة الخصوصية (القسم ٤). سنُبلّغك بأي تغييرات قبل 30 يوماً.

The current list of sub-processors is available in the Privacy Policy (Section 4). We will notify you 30 days in advance of any changes.
