اتفاقية معالجة البيانات / Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

AR: تُطبَّق هذه الاتفاقية على العملاء من الشركات (B2B) الذين يعالجون بيانات عملائهم عبر منصة Ajeeeb. تُكمّل هذه الاتفاقية الشروط الرئيسية ولا تحلّ محلّها.
EN:This Agreement applies to business customers (B2B) who process their end-users' data through the Ajeeeb platform. It supplements the main Terms of Service and does not replace them.

• AR:"المتحكم في البيانات" — العميل من الشركات الذي يحدد أغراض المعالجة.
  EN:"Data Controller" — the business customer who determines the purposes of processing.
• AR:"المعالج" — Ajeeeb / GZ7، الذي يعالج البيانات بتعليمات من المتحكم.
  EN:"Data Processor" — Ajeeeb / GZ7, who processes data on behalf of the Controller.
• AR:"المعالج الفرعي" — مزودو الخدمات الخارجيون (Supabase، Vercel، إلخ).
  EN:"Sub-Processor" — third-party service providers (Supabase, Vercel, etc.).

• AR: لا نعالج البيانات إلا وفق تعليمات موثّقة من المتحكم.
  EN: Process data only in accordance with documented Controller instructions.
• AR: نضمن سرية جميع موظفينا الذين يتعاملون مع البيانات.
  EN: Ensure confidentiality of all personnel handling data.
• AR: نُطبّق ضوابط أمنية مناسبة وفق معايير الصناعة.
  EN: Implement appropriate security measures in line with industry standards.
• AR: نُبلّغ المتحكم خلال 48 ساعة عند علمنا بأي اختراق يؤثر على بياناته.
  EN: Notify the Controller within 48 hours upon becoming aware of any breach affecting their data.
• AR: نُساعد المتحكم في ممارسة حقوق أصحاب البيانات.
  EN: Assist the Controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests.

AR: قائمة المعالجين الفرعيين الحاليين متاحة في سياسة الخصوصية (القسم ٤). سنُبلّغك بأي تغييرات قبل 30 يوماً.
EN: The current list of sub-processors is available in the Privacy Policy (Section 4). We will notify you 30 days in advance of any changes.
